What does a day look like at ECONOMIX?

This year we are upping the ante with more options for you to mingle with site consultants and go deeper into topics that interest you! This means that your schedule will look different depending on how involved in the extra activities you choose to be.

What are "Extra Expeditions"?

Additional paid activities for you to meet with and learn from our world-class site consultants/industry leaders. Like a breakout session, these are deep dives that are divided topically so you can fill your schedule with content that interests you most. 

 

What’s the Dress Code?

Sharp casual for the entire week. That’s right, we said “casual.” That means we will be in jeans and comfortable attire. So, leave the tie at home. ECONOMIX inspires and encourages creative out-of-the-box thinking. Some attendees or presenters still rock their blazers and sports coats and we totally respect that. We say, whatever you’re comfortable in is fine with us!

 

Where do I stay?

We are offering a limited room block rate at Le Méridien & Element Salt Lake City Downtown Hotels. Click Here to access the amazing rate we have for you! Looking to stay somewhere else? We have a curated list with alternate hotel recommendations all within a 5 - 10minute walk from the venue! We do not have a room block at these locations so prices and availability is subject to change.

What can I see and do while I am there? 

Up to adventuring during some downtime? Luckily, there's so much to see and do in Salt Lake, which range from the weird and unusual to the beautiful and exhilarating. There are thousands of interesting places, sights, and curiosities waiting to be explored. Check out the arts and culture scene, shop til you drop, take in some pro sports, research your family history, or get your nature fix in the mountains. What if I have dietary restrictions/physical limitations/other needs? 

Our job at Consultant Connect is to serve you during your time at ECONOMIX. In the registration process, you have the option of sharing all your allergies/dietary preferences with us. Should you need any additional assistance or would like us to know anything else to make your time at ECONOMIX as enjoyable as possible, please contact Nick Riashi.  

 

Is there an option to Pay Later?

Yes! If needed, we can date your invoice to July 1st. At checkout, select the Other Payment Method (invoice) option and leave a note to "bill later" in the comment box. For any and all registration related questions, please contact Nick Riashi. 

 

What is your refund policy? 

At this time, we do not offer any refunds for your ECONOMIX or Add On activity registrations. However, if you are unable to attend and would like to know your options, we are always happy to help. For any and all registration related questions, please contact Nick Riashi. 

 

Is there an attendee list? 

An attendee list will be available for registered members of ECONOMIX two weeks prior to the event. The list of registered attendees will also showcase the site consultants attending with their focus industries.
